Privacy Policy

This covers the website at digitalgrub.in. Last updated 22 August 2026.

The short version: this site collects nothing about you unless you fill in the contact form, apart from anonymous usage measurement. We do not sell data, we do not run advertising, and we do not build profiles on visitors.

Who we are

Digitalgrub India Private Limited, 23, Meyyappen 2nd Street, Gnanaolivupuram, Madurai, India. We can be reached at connect@digitalgrub.ws.

When you contact us

The consultation form asks for your name, WhatsApp number, business type and a short message, and optionally your email address. That is the whole list, and all of it is information you choose to type.

A submission is stored as a row in a private Google Sheet owned by Digitalgrub, and a copy is emailed to us so we can reply. We use it to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the work you asked about. We do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not pass your details to anyone selling anything.

Analytics and cookies

We measure how the site is used so we can tell which pages are worth writing and where people get stuck. Two tools may be active:

  • Google Analytics 4 — counts visits and records which pages were viewed, roughly where in the world the visit came from, and what kind of device it was. It sets cookies to tell one visit from the next. It does not tell us your name.
  • Microsoft Clarity — records anonymous session playback and heatmaps: scrolling, clicks, and where a page confused someone. Clarity masks text content by default, so form fields and what you type are not captured.

Both are third-party services and process data under their own privacy terms. You can opt out of all of it with your browser's “do not track” or tracker blocking, or by using private browsing — the site works exactly the same either way.

Hosting and logs

The site runs on our own dedicated server rather than a shared host. Like any web server it keeps short-lived technical logs — IP address, the page requested, the time — which exist to keep the service running and to spot abuse. They are not used to identify visitors.

Who else sees it

Enquiry details are visible to the Digitalgrub team, and are held in Google Workspace (the Sheet and the notification email) because that is where our business mail lives. Analytics data sits with Google and Microsoft respectively. Nobody else receives your information, and we never sell it. We would disclose something only if the law required it.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept while there is an active conversation and for our business records afterwards. Analytics data expires on the providers' own schedules. If you want your enquiry removed sooner, ask and we will delete the row and the email.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email connect@digitalgrub.ws and we will action it. There is no form to fill in and no account to close, because this site does not have accounts.

Our apps

The mobile apps are separate from this website and have their own policies, linked from each app's page and its store listing. Nothing you do in an app is visible to this site, and nothing here is shared with them.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it. We will not quietly start collecting something new without saying so here.
